01 Beef

We import beef from Brazil, Argentina and India, and we also work with local meat. In our Borj Touil workshop, our butchers bone, cut and portion it to each customer’s needs. Hotels, restaurants and butcher’s shops receive whole primals or ready-to-use cuts; supermarkets receive retail trays packed and labelled on site.
